Cooper Signage and Graphics Featured In Wall Street Journal Article
The topic of healthcare wayfinding and its effect on patients and visitors was highlighed in the Wall Street Journal's article "A Cure for Hospital Design, Strategies to Keep Patients and Their Visitors From Getting Lost" by Laura Landro for her column "The Informed Patient". The work performed by Cooper Signage and Graphics at Rapid City Regional Hospital (Rapid City, SD) was among the examples cited of how hospitals are using new technology and methods to improve the patient/visitor experience at their facility. Randy Cooper, CS&G's President, and his book Wayfinding for Healthcare (AHA Press) was also prominently featured in the article.
